Colin co-founded BIGLITTLE Theatre School with Michelle Guy in 1996 and is now proud to be the Principal and Executive Director of the school.

Previously his professional Musical Director credits include Lend Me A Tenor - The Musical (Gielgud Theatre, London), Wizard Of Oz, Pinocchio, A Christmas Carol and The 101 Dalmatians (Chichester Festival Theatre), Wizard of Oz (Leicester Haymarket), Three Men in a Boat (UK tour), The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe (Leicester Haymarket), A Slice of Saturday Night (UK tour), Kaye’s The Word (the Plush Room, San Francisco & UK tour), West Side Story (Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama), Into The Woods (Urdang Academy), The Beggar’s Opera (Cochrane Theatre, London), You’re Gonna Love Tomorrow and Nearly All Sondheim Volume One (Greenwich Playhouse).

Colin has conducted and arranged music for countless recordings, concerts and events nationwide, including for the Russian soprano Marina Laslo at the Barbican, as musical supervisor and arranger for Christmas with the Salvation Army at the Royal Albert Hall and Jon Lee’s debut solo album Fallen Angel. Colin conceived and arranged the critically acclaimed revue A Spoonful Of Sherman with Robert J. Sherman. Alongside his work at BIGLITTLE Colin continues his association with Chichester Festival Theatre as well as carrying out masterclasses and coaching for a number of musical theatre training organisations including the London School of Musical Theatre and Michael Xavier’s MX Masterclass.
